What size should I buy? GUYS: If you like your t-shirts on the bigger side, buy one size larger that you would normally buy as shirts run just a bit small (not a full size small however). GIRLS: Think “going out t-shirt v. hanging out t-shirt.” If you’d like a more fitted look (“going out”), order your true size. If you’d like a more relaxed look (“hanging out”), buy one size larger. Are your shirts comfortable? SO comfortable! Printed on our own label, these shirts are ULTRA soft and have that vintage, washed 1,000 times feel. These are the shirts you cannot wait to pull out of your drawer and throw on for any occasion. How long will my order take to arrive? All shirts within the U.S. are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 days from the time they are shipped. Even if a shirt is on backorder, we aim for you to receive your order no later than 3 weeks after you place it. For international orders, we will ship via regular parcel post and your order could take up to 3 weeks (not counting backorders) to arrive. If you require faster delivery (U.S. or international), please email us at orders@univercityclothing.com and we can arrange shipping via Federal Express or UPS. What if I order the wrong size? Unworn/Unwashed shirts can be exchanged for a $6 reshipping fee. Please email orders@univercityclothing.com if you want to return your order. Otherwise, due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We only give store credit on actual returns and returns must be done within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for such credit. How can I work for/with Univercity Clothing or carry your shirts in my store? As the summer comes to an end and the fall approaches, we will be looking for bright, motivated and enthusiastic college campus representatives. A link will be added to the homepage when we are ready to start hiring campus reps. If you like our shirts and would like to carry them in your store, please contact us. Do you accept ideas for shirts? Yes, but with conditions. From time to time we will be in market for ideas. If you have an idea, please contact us at info@univercityclothing.com and tell us you have an idea. If we are in need of new ideas at the time, we will contact you for more details and if we like your idea and decide to use it, you will be compensated. Please DO NOT send us unsolicited ideas via email or otherwise as they will be returned. |
